  • Details about your business, industry, and project (e.g., desired services, color scheme, domain information)
  • Any message or content you submit through our contact and website forms
  • For custom software or maintenance engagements, technical details about your existing software, systems, or codebase that you provide so we can scope, support, or make changes to it
How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver the website and software development services you request, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Client Website and Software Data

We do not intentionally collect or use personal information submitted through a Client's website or software application for our own purposes unless explicitly requested or authorized by the Client. Where we are engaged to maintain, support, or make changes to a Client's existing website or software, any access we are given to that system, its codebase, or its data is used solely to perform the requested work. The Client is responsible for determining and complying with the privacy laws applicable to its collection and use of personal information. Where Digitalizers processes personal information on behalf of a Client, Digitalizers will use that information only as necessary to provide the requested services and in accordance with the Client's instructions and applicable law.

Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses third-party services such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google reCAPTCHA to understand how visitors use our site and to help protect our forms from spam and abuse. These services may collect or process information about your device, browser, IP address, and interactions with our website, including through cookies or similar technologies. These services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate our website and deliver our services, including hosting and serverless form-processing infrastructure (Netlify), email delivery, and payment processing (Stripe) for ongoing client billing. These providers process information only as necessary to perform their services for us. Payments and recurring billing may be processed through Stripe. Payment card information is generally collected and processed directly by Stripe, and Digitalizers does not intentionally store full payment card numbers.

Data Retention

We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver our services, and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. We may retain business records, communications, invoices, contracts, and other information for longer periods where reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, security, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate business purposes. Upon termination of a service agreement, we may remove client data and associated files from our hosting environment after 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
